Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number. You, as the Customer, are obliged to inform us via email if you intend to return the item.
Returns are only accepted in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely wrapped and undamaged.
