The Kruger National Park has received an abundance of rain over the previous few days, causing many parts of the park to flood. Northern parts of the park in particular have been heavily affected by the rain. SANParks management have called for visitors to be extra cautious and to avoid all gravel roads until further notice.https://www.instagram.com/p/B8bpP3fqeRU/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

In a Tweet, SANParks said:

‘Sand River low water bridge inaccessible. All gravel roads in the Nxanatseni (north) Region of the Park from Pafuri to Letaba will be closed; with exception of Giriyondo gravel road as it will be operational but monitored closely and a few others depending on the developments.
