Diving below the ocean’s surface and coming face-to-face with a great white shark is something out of a nightmare for most people never mind having the giant sea creature bite and shake the very cage that is ‘keeping you safe’.
Footage filmed off the coast of Guadalupe Island, Mexico showed a great white shark biting and shaking a diving cage, as witnesses inside the structure carefully watched the animal’ actions, according to Travel + Leisure. The tour company posted footage of the intense moment on their Facebook page, which has since racked up over 100,000 views. No one was injured during the incident, however, it was very chilling to witness the giant creature showing off its power.
Islander Charters, Inc wrote on Facebook:

Not to worry, she’s got hundreds to spare!”
Nancy Lasuzzo, one of the divers who went on the trip, also commented on the thrilling experience:
